As you add members to the family tree, you can invite them to join in and contribute to the family tree. Every member you add to the family tree adds his or her relatives, and so on. You can import family members from your accounts on Hotmail, GMail, Yahoo, Lycos, MyFamily.com, etc. Work together to build your entire family network, fill gaps and make corrections. See the network grow to hundreds of members in just a few days.

Family tree view shows three generations and both sides of the family, direct relatives and in-laws. You can explore the entire extended family using the living family network view. You can click a member to see the family tree from their perspective. Use breadcrumbs to navigate your way back, find a family by name, view member profiles or update member information instantly.

Adding relatives is fast and easy. Just click on the 'plus' button where the new member belongs, simply enter name and gender (optional) and you're done. Enter the email address to auto-invite the member, allowing them to join in and contribute to the family tree. You can even add indirect relatives or family friends.

Every member of the family gets a profile, a page where you'll find information about the member, such as hobbies, favorites, contact information, IM, and Flickr photos. Associated photos, stories and immediate relatives are shown on the profile automatically.

Profiles are a great way to share information about yourself or your loved ones with the rest of the family. You can create profiles for all members of the family tree, including those who may never register, such as ancestors.
