Here are a few steps you can take to resolve common login problems:

Click on the "Forgot Password" link, then enter your email address to retrieve your password via email. If you're sure your password is correct, try closing all browser windows to clear cache and try again.

To login, you either need to create your own family site or be invited to an existing one. Creating a new site is fast and easy, start here.

Follow the "Forgot Password" instructions above to try your different email addresses. If it is registered with eFamily, you will get a confirmation and your password in email. If none are registered, ask someone from your eFamily site (e.g. your administrator) to lookup your profile and get your email address on file.
